i live in colorado and always have to follow the high altitude directions on cake mixes and whatnot.
i wanted to try to make a birthday cake for my mom tomorrow using a boxed cake mix and diet soda in place of the eggs/oil.
i've never done it this way before and i was curious if any of you have tried it in a high altitude area. did you add more/less soda? any temperature or cooking time changes?
