...Oh, and it's not on that either site, but I happen to remember that 454 g is equivalend to 1 lb.

the only thing i could find was i cup is roughly 16 tablespoons if that helps any.

Hi all, new to site (not to diets!) Is there a weight conversion table here that I haven't found yet? I'm struggling to fine my portion amount as I don't know how much a 'cup' is in comparision to gram weight, oz's are slightly easier. At the moment I am entering all my foods (with weights in grams) into favourites, and then transfering to tracker. It's taking forever. Hope someone can help.
