I wish I had the answer for you, as I have wondered this many times myself. I hope someone will have the answer so we will both know!

I save all of the drippings and bones when I cook a chicken or turkey. I cook in my Crockpot than I cool in the fridge and remove all the fat which has hardened on the top. How would I log this in on my nutritional tracker? I always have a homemade soup full of veggies and protein in my fridge. Also I do the same with my beef are there any ideas how much fat etc.

Thanks,
Dana
