Here's a great vegetarian tofu recipe I got off of Lime.com. Hope you all like it as much as I do! Savory Baked Tofu
Ingredients needed:
2 blocks of Tofu (coagulated with ngari) (cut into cubes) 2 cups Whole wheat couscous 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp tamari 1 onion med (coarsely chopped) 1 garlic sm to med (chopped or chunks)
In a bowl or baking dish prepare all ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Let couscous stand in water for 10 minutes. Mix ingredients so that all ingredients are evenly distributed. Bake Tofu, olive oil, tamari, onion, and garlic for 1 hr and half at 375 degrees.
After baking add: 1 tomato (chopped) or a handful of cherry Tomatoes (chopped / halved) Sprinkle of cilantro.
