1)mix a tablespoon of PB2, a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, some splenda, and some water to make a nutella like spread! yum...
2)vietnamese salad rolls sauce (hoisin sauce and pb2)
-use shirataki noodles instead of vermicelli inside the wrap!
3)use it instead of tahini in hummus
4)peanut butter and banana french toast(mixed PB2, banana slices, dipped in egg whites and use sugar free syrup!)
5)peanut butter crumb toast topping...really tastes divine!!
-becel light butter
-some heartsmart bisquick or complete pancake mix or flour
-fat free coffeemate powder
-pb2 powder
-mix above 4 in approx equal amts
-add splenda and vanilla to taste
-if it is too thick, add a teeny bit of skim milk (i use light coconut milk)
-spread on toast and toaste in toaster oven until brown and cooked through...yum!!!

Also, I tried a version of one of the recipes the other day that was smashing!
Sandwich
2 slices light bread (aunt hatties 9 grain)
2 strawberries (sliced thin)
FF cream cheese
chocolate PB 2 (made to regular specifications and then a tough of hersey's chocolate sauce).
YUM!!

As a Peanut Butter Lover I was so excited to discover PB2. But I have struggled to decide how to best use this new discovery. Then I came up with a great idea - the PB loco recipes! PB LOCO is the great Peanut Butter shop at a local mall (and nationwide) with gourmet peanut butter. I wanted to share the website as inspiration to others.
