It's a really good question. Sure some Items have a nutrition label that gives you serving size. But for instance a suggested snack is celery and peanut butter. Now my old snack size would have been the bunch and the jar, instead of a stalk and a tbs.

When you entered the recipe, you entered how many serving it makes. If you said the recipe makes six servings, then in your food tracker "one serving" is one sixth of the recipe. Since you entered it yourself, only you know how much that is.

To better answer this question I need to first know what is the item!?!?!

Hmmm, tough question.
Does it say how many portions it makes?

I added a recipe, and added it to my dinner list. The portions listed is: 1 serving. What is a serving (1 cup, 1/2 cup, etc.)? Anybody's help would be appreciated!
