A lady told me it is 'dieter's rice' and it just doesnt have the same texture as rice and is more like barley. Whatever it was, it was delicious. *LOL* The grains are about a quarter of an inch thick.
Thanks for sleuthing with me. When I entered it in my food tracker I guessed barley.
