If at all possible, can you give me the link to the site? There are so many foods that I guess at the nutritional info. I would also like to know the sodium, etc. If you only knew how long I spent on the net trying to find the info you posted! Thanks!

I do love Korean food. It is great!

I am looking for the nutritional values for a few Korean foods. Even a ball park figure would be nice!

Those foods would be-

Soybean Paste (called Denjang in Korean)

Red Pepper Paste (called Gochu Jang in Korean)

Sam Jang ( combination paste with sesame oil, etc)

I live in Korean and am having a hard time guestimating nutritional values for these foods.
