| I LOVE this dessert. Use Angel food cake and drizzle with a little lemon curd mixed with fresh lemon juice and if you want sprinkle with flake coconut. It is very good, satisfies that lemon craving and it SUPER easy!!!!

| I LOVE lemon bars- but they are pretty hefty in calories. Butter in the crust and lots of sugar in the lemon part. But they are tasty.

| I have used cherry pie filling for this recipe instead of the lemonade mix, will have to try this! love the cherry one!

I just made a lemonade cheesecake from I recipe post I found here a long time ago. I think it would be even better with fresh lemon juice and splenda.
Lemonade Cheesecake
8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1 tsp sugarfree lemonade mix (I use more)
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 8 oz container fat free cool whip
1 8 inch graham cracker crust
Blend cream cheese and lemonade mix with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add in milk until well mixed. Gently stir in cool whip and then pour in crust. It's light and airy and delish!
8 servings at 170 calories each
