Place fish fillets on oven safe dish. Place tomatoe slices or canned diced Tomatoes on each slice. Top with shredded motzarella cheese and sprinkle with garlic powder or flakes. I also sprinkle with parsely. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 15 min. or until fish flakes with fork. Fast, nutritous and yummy. Alaskan Pollack is low fat and healthy choice
