Hey everyone, this recipe is a hit with most people I have served it to:

white potatoes
sweet potatoes
onion soup mix
olive oil
pepper
basil
low fat ranch or caesar dressing (or whatever your fav is)

Slice the potatoes and mix them with the oil, pepper and the onion soup mix. Pour in a baking dish, or layer them nicely if you want to be fancy. Drizzle potatoes, NOT SOAK, with the salad dressing and bake for 45-60 minutes, covered. It is really good and a nice change to standard scalloped potatoes. Have a great day everyone!!
