Thanks for the advice. I think I'm going to do what y'all suggested and just freeze whatever we have left over. Feel free to stop by around 6:00!

Sounds like fun, what time should we all show up? HAHA
The one good thing about grilling, you can always share leftovers with your guests or just reheat them for the family. Madeline has a good point, this way you cover all your guests and I like to have a little of everything when I go to a BBQ

I make enough so everyone can have 1 of each. Example: you are having 35 people total including kids. Make sure you have 35 hot dogs, 35 hamburgers and 35 sausages. You would rather have too much than not enough.
Plus all the side dishes, you will be fine.

We're having a BBQ on Friday and I'm trying to figure out how much to buy. We're going to gril hotdogs, hamburgers, & chicken sausages. I'm making a couple of side dishes & appetizers and most guests will be bringing a dish. I'm struggling with how many hotdogs, bugers, & sausages to buy. I've had 25 adults & about 10 kids RSVP. I'll probably have some stragglers who haven't RSVP'd show up too.

Any advice?

ps...I'm going to get a couple of cases of beer and 5 or 6 bottles of wine. I'm also making raspberry lemonade & a spiked limeade, as well as buying assorted canned sodas.
