FREEZE, OR YOU CAN JUST PLACE LOW FAT COOL WHIP ON AND FREEZE, I USE THE FATFREE IF ICAN O GOOD KEEP IN THE FREEZER AND IF SOME ONE COULD ADD THE POINTS FOR
I MEAN CALORIES FOR ONE I THREW MY PEANUTBUTTER JAR
AWAY. TRY THESE AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU ALL THINK.
