I'm not really sure what that means, but those come from the USDA database. There are other options to choose for those items, like on chicken breast, you can select breast, grams or ounces.

I have a question, I have been searching everywhere and I have been unable to find an answer. Exactly how much is '1 unit yield from 1lb ready to cook'? This is very confusing and I'm not sure if my recipes are coming out right. I create a lot of my own recipes that I do for my personal use, but I can't be too sure of how much calories are in each portion if I am underestimating the size. Please help? Also when I do a recipe I typically make it the way I prepare the meal, which means I will most likely be doing a recipe that I have prepared for my entire family.
Help please!!!

Anna
