Lucy - Have you tried using the advanced search and checking the box for "Search All Recipe Text?" I think that might help you.

Chilly -

How do I add a recipe to my meal planner?

1. Find the recipe you want to add to your meal planner.
2. Below the nutritional information is a button to "Add Recipe to Meal Planner."
3. Click on the link that will open a new window for "Add a Food."
4. Select the serving size, which meal to add it to, and check the box if you'd like to save to your favorites for future use.
5. Click on "Add Food to Today" and the recipe will now show up in your tracker.

I entered a recipe; how do I 'Add a Food' without retyping it as a new food group? I did share it.

Hey...would be cool if you could add a search for ingredient terms. Now the search has to have the ingredient in the title. If you are curious, I have seen what I'm talking about on allrecipes.com. It has several boxes, each above the other to do ingredient searches, whether or not the ingredient is in the title. I think this would be a super addition to spark recipes if you could add it.

We just added two new enhancements on sparkrecipes.com.

The first is "subscribing" to any recipe you create. When you make a new recipe, you'll now have a checkbox for being subscribed to it. When you are subscribed, you will get an email when someone leaves a comment. Like the message boards, you'll only get one email until you click on the link from the email. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to any of your recipes (old or new) in your recipe box. However, you are defaulted to not be subscribed to your old recipes, so you won't get any emails unless you go to your recipe box and choose to subscribe.

The second is that the recipe creator can now reply to comments left on their recipes. So, when you're logged in, you'll see a new link under each comment. From there you can reply or alter or delete a previous reply.

We hope you enjoy the new features!

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments!

Denise
