I try (try being the operative word) to stay clear of the processed snacks, but this week has been tough! I really like turkey roll ups for a snack (turkey and light laughing cow), dipped in mustard. Fruit, yogurt, veggies with some ranch dip, fat free pudding snacks, a little hummus with some baked lc tortilla, strawberries with free cool whip, string cheese, oatmeal, apple with caramel dip, oatmeal, frozen yogurt, 100 calorie grasshopper cookies, south beach Living Chocolate Oatmeal cookies, 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn, 1/2 an english muffin toasted with some laughing cow, vitamuffins, edamame, baked cheetos, quaker minis, pretzels, etc.
I should not have done this hungry!!!

100 cal pack popcorn for something salty/crunchy Mighty Magic Mini Popsicles for something sweet (less than 15 cal per- a serving is three pops for 40 cal.)

I love a fudge-pop (Healthy Choice ones are only 100 calories!)in the evening when my sweet-tooth strikes.
