Add to taste! I rarely measure.

One lime yields about 2 tablespoons of juice. I would start with less bottled lime juice then add more if needed. I find bottled juice has a sharper taste than fresh squeezed.

I'm trying a recipe for guacamole tonight to go along with a mexican-themed supper. My grocery store did not have any limes so I bought a bottle of lime juice. The recipe calls for the juice of one lime... would that be 2 tsp? More?...? Thanks for your opinions! Happy sparking!
