I use a bit more water when I have it as actual Peanut Butter - so I get closer to 1 1/2 TBSP total - because I like it a little "thinner", So the calorie count of 54 is perfect for me, as well as the less fat.

Some people also add a tsp of splenda, but I never have.

I will say that I mainly use it as an "add-in" for recipes so I get the Peanut Butter flavor without getting tons of calories.

Just a heads up that 2 tbsp of PB2 powder, when mixed with water, only makes 1 tbsp of actual peanut butter. So 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter made with PB2 powder is actually 108 calories. Still better than the 200 calories in regular peanut butter, though. :)

I have some and I like it for when I want a Peanut Butter taste but don't want to use a whole lot of calories. I mostly use it for asian-inspired noodle stir-fries, and I occassionally eat it with fruit or in a smoothie. I do think it has a little bit of a funny taste to it.

I LOVE PB2 - and at just 54 calories in 2 TBSP you can afford to love it.

I use it all the time. I've put it into muffin mixes (PB&J muffin is fantastic) I've put it into smoothies for a late afternoon snack, mixed it into yogart and used it as a "dip" for my apple slices.

I think it was one of the best things I have found on the net ....... First time I bought it at the minimum of 4 jars, but since I need to seriously think about ordering again - I may have to think about the 10 jar box ........ if my kids "find" it I'm sure it will be the 10 pack!

I absolutely love peanut butter, I had to remove it from the house cause it was too tempting. I had never heard of powdered peanut butter, but I'd love to try it.

I would order w/ a friend. My gym sells this for $7 a jar. My friend and I ordered 4 jars at $5 each. The more you order, the less expensive it is. I haven't tried it mixed w/ water to make Peanut Butter yet, but I'm sure it tastes fine as well.

I purchased PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and it is wonderful. You can find it at www.bellplantation.com. I add it to my shakes and smoothies. It is divine when you mix a tablespoon w/ cool whip and add a little chocolate syrup! It tastes like a Reese's cup!!!

Great for WW and people who have had weight loss surgery
