You can use the recipe calculator to get that info. Here is how to do that:

How do I calculate the nutritional information for my recipe?

1. Click the Recipe Calculator tab at the top of the page.
2. Enter the ingredients, nutritional information and cooking instructions for your recipe.
3. At the bottom of the page above "Save Recipe" is a checkbox. Leave the box checked to submit to SparkPeople's Shared recipes Database or uncheck the box to keep it from being shared.
4. Click on my Recipe Box at the top of the page, and your recipe will now appear there.

Also, the link for the help page for that part of the site: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/food-feature.asp?feature_id=29.

Hope this helps!

My wife and I have a collection of homemade recipes we often prepare for meals, but have no CLUE what the nutritional value of each meal/serving is. Any advice?
