You can go to www.allrecipes.com and there you can scale down the recipe to one or two servings - the problem is, it will probably give you weird amounts like 1/24 tsp, or 1/8 of a cup, etc. I would make the extra food and freeze it like the previous poster said.

I hate cooking for one so I usually make something that has about 4 servings and freeze the other 3 so I can reheat them on days I don't want to cook.

Just wondering if some recipes cn be written for simply one or two servings w/o having to do the math. I simply need diet type suggestions for myself alone.
