| I agree Zara! Why add oil and extra calories back in when the intent of eating egg whites or egg beaters is to decrease them? I make healthy egg mcmuffins for breakfast using egg whites only and I can't tell the difference.

| why not just use egg whites? i add one fat free turkey slice ( wal mart brand) and cook like scrambled eggs only with cooking spray. 2 egg whites ( 34 cal) and the slice of turkey ( 20 cal) with half a whole-wheat pita( 80 cal) and you got yourself a wonderful meal. Enjoy.

Cool. I began to think I had been seeing things. If this isn't the one I saw it must be close to it. I remember the yellow food color and it could be added to this recipe easy enough. Thanx!

I tried searching the web for it and couldn't find it I saw it a few weeks ago too. all I remember was egg whites and powdered milk. Sorry should have updated before I posted. Thanks for the recipe

Here is the recipe for egg beaters that madline23 posted. I haven't made this yet. Thought I would keep it in case I ran out.
Homemade egg beaters
50 calories per 1/4 cup) Serving Size : 4
6 egg whites 1/4 cup powdered milk 1 tsp canola oil
Blend till smooth. Store in refigerator for 1 week. 1/4 cup equivalent to 1 egg.
