Thanks for the tip, VEGGIEGIRL555.
I have been a vegetarian for about 20 years. When I first started there were so few meatless choices, especially in restaurants. I am so glad companies are making more vegetarian foods.

You may want to try sietan. It's very close to stew beef in it's texture. It creeped me out the first time I'd tried it because it was so close...I haven't eaten meat in over 10 years.
There are lots of close replicas out there. Have fun trying them.
I LOVE Gordon and Hell's Kitchen by the way. :)

Last week on Fox's Hell's Kitchen Chef Ramsey had the contestants taste test something called Blue Moon Farms Veggie Stew Beef. Have you heard of such a thing? Do you know of their website? Is there any meat replacement company making a Veggie Stew Beef? If so, please share.
