The food tracker is cooked rice and has it broken down by type, brown, wild white, etc

thank you, very helpful, so basically 1 part dried rice is the same as 3 parts cooked and for all you people on grams I have worked that out to be 75g uncooked rice wil make 225g (1 cup) cooked rice

If its for your food tracker, use cooked. If its for a recipe then it should say if its cooked or not. I know 2 1/2 cups water to 1 cup organic long grain rice makes 3 cups cooked rice. I hope this helps!

Being used to metric I am gradually getting used to 'cup' measurements but this one confuses me. A cup of rice.....is that after its cooked? In which how much uncooked rice is it?
