Hi, I tried this recipe today and it was great. Hubby and daughter loved it. I made it without a crust, I used nonfat light strawberry yogurt and lite coolwhip and put it into the piepan and froze it. I cut it into 8 even pieces and it comes to only 80 calories a slice. I sliced strawberries up and put them on top with a tsp of lite cool whip. that added some calories but not many. I will definately be making this again

I will try it and you could vary it by using other fruit yogurts and fresh fruit. Sounds light and cool for summer dessert.

After reading this today, I wanted something sweet for dinner tonight, but had no berries or the right yogurt. Instead I made an chocolate crust out of Reduced-fat Oreos. Used White Chocolate SF, FF Jello Skim milk and mixed with FF Cool Whip, then more busted up oreos. It turned out really great.

I do pretty much the same, but use White Chocolate Raspberry yogurt and FF SF White Chocolate Jello with the Cool Whip and then some fresh raspberries.

I am at work will have to look it up when I get home, if I recall, its like 2 points for 1/8 of the pie on WW,
I also have another that calls for Sugar free jello, 2 light yogurt and fat free cool whip in a pie shell.

I will try to look it up and post when I get home.

I got this recipe years ago, and my children & I really like it.

1 six or 8 oz cup of yogurt (the stronger the flavor...the better). I prefer Raspberry.

1 8 oz container of fat free cool-whip.

1 Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Put the Cool Whip into a large bowl. Stir in the Yogurt. Mix well. Scoop it into the pie crust. Smooth it out. Cover, and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for 1 hour.

You can garnish it with fruit, or just slice & serve it.

Note: In the Summer months...put it in the freezer for 1 hour. Slice & serve it. It will taste like an ice cream pie.

Your family will love it : - )

Let me know what you think, after you have tried it.
