I agree I have the Cooking Light cookbook and really like it. Though many of my favorites art from local churches, groups, and organizations. With SP, its really not that hard to enter a recipes ingredients in BEFORE you make a recipe to check on the nutritional value and see if its within your guidelines.
I also like a few Southern Living at Home cookbooks, they have nutritional values and are really simple and easy to make.
Oh sorry I am becoming long winded but one more suggestion. Log onto kraftfoods.com and signup for their free recipe magazine everymonth. There are some very good recipes in it and its FREE.

| I really like the Complete Cooking Light cookbook. They have a great website also where most of the recipes are rated by other cooks. I just ordered "The Perfect Recipe for Losing Weight" by Pam Anderson. I have two of her cookbooks and the recipes are good, although not diet friendly. So I hope this new one has some good ideas. The reviews have been positive. I've also hard good things about Ellie kreigers cookbook, "The Foods You Crave." Hope this helps!

Hi,
I really enjoy Cooks.com. Just type what kind of meat or fish you want to use in their search, or what kind of dish, such as Mexican, Italian or Slow Cooker and believe me you will find so many new recipes you couldn't cook them in your lifetime. lol

| I don't useally use a paper cookbook. I like to go online to different websites to find a good recipe. My favorite site is http://www.foodnetwork.com. All from famous Cheifs. Good luck to you. I sure hope you can find a great one.
