To create a new topic instead of replying to a previous topic - you would need to click the "create a new topic" button when you go to a message board forum instead of clicking on a thread and replying there.
As for finding a recipe that is listed in your meal plan, I'm guessing that you are using our meal plans. If that is correct, if there is a recipe that goes along with your meal plan, there will be a link that says "view recipe" next to the item. You can then click on that link and it will take you to that recipe.

I am trying to figure out how to post a new question, right now all I am able to do is reply. I hope you can help with my question. How do I find the recipe that is listed in my meal plan? Thank you in advance.

When you click the link to add the recipe to your meal planner, that should open up a new window so you can add it. Once you close that, you should still have your original window open with the recipe that you were just adding. I'm not able to replicate the process you mentioned.

| Thanks for responding. I use the recipe section to determine nutritonal content of my recipes so that I can record it accurately. I figured out how to get the information into my tracker but getting back to the recipe section requires that I go through several screens, one of which has a box that says don't show this page but never works when I check it. I would like to go directly to my recipe box from the tracker and back. Maybe this isn't possible but it is cumbersome to have to go through so many screens. Is there a way to toggle back an forth between my recipes and tracker? Thanks, sharon

| Today I figured how to use the recipe counter and get it into my tracker (several hours!) I have to go through all of the screens and when I check the don't show box it stills shows. Is there an easy way to get back and forth between these two sections?
