| In step 2, you can enter how many servings and then click calculate info. If you are sharing your recipe, you might want to list what the serving size is in the instructions.

| How do you add something like homemade soup. When I put all the ingredients in there was no place to divide it into portions.

You can either use the food groupings tab on the Nutrition Tracker OR use the Recipe Calculator on SparkRecipes.com to figure that out. If you use the recipe calculator, once you have saved your recipe, you can view it and when viewing it, there is a button to add it to your meal planner. Click that and it will add it to your nutrition tracker.

| Hi - I have a question. Is there a quick way to enter a serving of a recipe say , tortellini and vegetables, to your daily food intake or do you have to enter each item individually?
