2 cups low fat salsa 1 block of low fat cream cheese 1 can of low fat refried beans 1 cup of shredded low fat mexican cheese blend 1 bag of totilla chips
soften cream cheese, get 9x13'' baking pan, spread beans across the bottom then put one cup salsa in a layer over that. then spread the warmed creamcheese, and then the 2nd cup of salsa and the cheese to top serve chilled, dip with totilla chips
