You can go to your start page and under My Goals click Change next to your calorie goals. Towards the bottom of that page there are a few selections you can make in regards to the meal plan:

vegetarian
No chicken/turkey
No tofu
No red meat
No fish
Low sodium
No pork
No eggs
Low cholesterol

Those are the only options to change what your meal plan doesn't have. Otherwise, you can click on an individual food in your meal plan and swap it out for something else on the list or as you said, add your own.

Hope this helps!

When I first started the menu for the diet looked great. There were a lot of choices and they were foods I liked and not boring. Now I have very few choices, there are foods I won't touch with a ten foot pole and it's very repetious.

Is there any way to tweek it a little so the foods I am allergic to or absolute hate won't come up everyday? I know I can add what I want but that is getting tedious.
