at work I don't have access to a refridgerator or a microwave so it gets interesting! I have opted for eating cold rice and beans but that is pretty heavy in calories. Salads are good but I can't do that EVERY day. and carrying around dressing is not that fun. OH and did I mention I am allergic to wheat so that kills the sandwich idea. Gotta love a challenge

at wendy's I get a side salad and a small chili and eat them together with no dressing. it is like the southwest salad with out all the fattening extras. It is helpful when I am really hungry and need protien.

| At mcDonald's I get the SW grilled chicken salad or a hamburger happy meal. At Wendy's their Mandarine Chicken Salad with FF french is good. A small chili, or a plain baked potato would be another choice. I have never been able to find anything reasonable to eat at Burger King.
