| Your welcome. Your family may enjoy it as well. The first time I made it my teenage daughter and her boyfriend looked at me like I had 2 heads. Then they tried it. The next time she made taco's when he was over they both had the salad instead. She even takes the leftovers to work for dinner!!

Thanks for the recipe. I'll substitute black or red kidney beans for the cucumbers. I like cukes but they don't like me!!

| Hope you both enjoy it!! I also change it up depending on what is in the fridge. I have added other things, Kidney beans, black beans, jalapenos, etc.. Any veggie works!!

Ingredients
1Cup Kraft Free Cheddar Cheese 6 Cups of Shredded or Chopped Lettuce 2 cups of Cherry Tomatoes 2 cups of cut cucumbers 8 Tablespoons of Light or Reduced Fat Sour Cream 8 Tablespoons of Salsa 8 Tablespoons of Fat Free Ranch Dressing 1 Package of Taco Seasoning 1 LB 93 % Lean Ground Beef
Directions Makes 4 Servings Cook Ground Beef. Add Taco Seasoning and Follow directions on Taco Seasoning Packet. While Ground beef is cooking Mix Fat Free Ranch Dressing and Salsa together and put aside. Prepare Lettuce, Tomatoes and cucumbers as you would to make a salad. Once Ground beef and Taco Seasoning is finished cooking place 4 ozs of beef mixture on top of salad, add Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream and Ranch & Salsa combination on top and enjoy. Note: you can substitute chicken breast or ground chicken. Also, you can add additional vegatables according to your taste.
