I need to eat high protein foods and need so new ideas. Due to my medical conditions I need high protein and high potassium. After two years I seem to be stuck on eating mostly chicken and very lean pork loin. I have a high protein shake for breakfast sometimes, (isopure, milk and a low fat yogurt) or later in the day. Meals are hard when I go out to eat too. Any suggestions?
