My question is what is a serving size on the recipes? When I look at a serving size and it says 5/8 of a cup and then when I look at my meal planner it tells me 0.3 of serving. What is 0.3 of 5/8ths. I've decided to go by tablespoons and divide it that way. 1 cup = 16 tablespoons. I'm also going to try and convert serving sizes to ozs in weight. Total Confused.

That is a bit confusing - I would go by the calorie count on the cornbread recipe that you used to make it.

Sorry I'm not more help.

I made the white vegetarian chilli and home made cornbread. The portion size for the cornbread was 0.6 of a piece--2 of them. What does 1.2 pieces of cornbread look like? What does it weigh? That would be extremely helpful to know.
