Have you gone to the portion of the site: www.sparkrecipes.com? You should be able to use the same login for it as sparkpeople. In there you can calculate recipes and add them to your recipe box and to your nutrition tracker.

I need to know also, how to get MY recipes converted correctly...I've been choosing calories that are too many, just to register on my nutrition pages....EEK!!

Can you tell me if you found out how to do that? I am looking to do the same thing and can not figure it out! Thanks, Theresa

Yes, we do have that. If you go to www.sparkrecipes.com (which is also located under the Healthy Lifestyle tab). Your login should be the same as SP. Once you are there, there is a link to click on to analyze or add a new recipe to find out the nutrition info.

Hope this helps!

Does anyone know if SP has a recipe builder where I can put in my recipe and get the nutrition information?

Debbie
