I hear you. I am single and get tired of eating the same thing every day for a week, because if I don't I will have food going bad in the fridge. One solution is freezing left overs. Another solution is keeping a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables that can be combined in lots of ways. For example, I put strawberries in a Spring mix salad for lunch and in cereal in the morning. I buy cottage cheese and use it with grapefruit( which I also use in salads) and I also use it to top a baked potato instead of using sour cream. I'm just starting this Spark thing, but one thing is certain: if I eat out as much as I like, I will never have success. I have to find ways to make food at home and pack lunches.

Hi I'm like you I'd like to see more recipes for 1 to 2 people or a tool like they have on allrecipes.com you can change the serving size & it does it all for you. The ingredients & the calories etc. It's really good. Trish
