I can think of a lot of ways that are more boring than being alone in the kitchen with your kitchenaid mixer. I buy chuck roasts when they're on sale just so I can use my grinder and make my own ground beef.
Yeah, me and my kitchenaid....it's a beautiful thing. Let me know how those brownies turn out!!

Thanks, Beejay50. I'm going to give it a shot and I'll letyou know! I do have a zucchini bread recipe, too...I don't know that I've ever had "dry" zucchini bread.
I'm really looking forward to making something with grated anything since I just got that grating attachment to my Kitchenaid mixer!! How boring is my life??hahaha

I've never made them myself, but I'm sure they would be very good and moist. I have a favorite zucchini bread recipe and it's the moistest I've ever had.
I would try the brownies, bet they'd be great!! (also a super way to give your kids their veggies without them knowing)

I just found this recipe and have got to ask if anyone else ever tried zucchini brownies. This time of year, fresh zucchini is everywhere (in my garden) and I'm always looking for new things to do with a zucchini!
Anyone?
