Cookie, Thanks for the tip. I love peanut butter-inspired dishes as well. I will try the natural no salt variety next time I make this. Jenny

Do yourself a favor and go to a health food store and get unsalted low-fat pea nut butter...cookie By the way most asian countries use peanuts and nut butters in their noodle recipies along with side dishes of nuts seasoned salts limes and raw sugar for condiments. I put a half teaspon p-nut bttr.or so in my ramen noodles. good cookin...cookie

| Thanks to all who responded...I made this the other night with the lowfat Peanut Butter and it was very good. Even my husband liked it, and he's pretty picky.

| Peanut butter mixed with noodles just doesnt appeal to me. I've heard of it before, not my taste. I would try it with peanuts, or other nuts,

I was checking out today's recipe and it looks really good...I was just wondering if it could be made more heart-healthy by using lite peanut butter? Anyone tried this/do this? I am not sure if it would blend as well into the sauce. 11g. of fat isn't outrageous, but it's a little more than I'd like per serving... Jenny
