| Hi, I recently read the recipe for chicken with mushrooms and pasta and I would like to give it a try but I am wodneirng if I can subsitute rice milk for somehting else. I don't mind trying rice milk but I hate having somehting in a myfridge that I won't use on a regular basis, it just seems like waste. Can I use skim milk?
