Recipes Changing Amounts of Ingredients Themselves

I have had a few of my saved recipes change the amount of ingredients on their own. It goes to 4 of what ever it is(4 tsp, 4 T, 4 cups). This changes the calorie values to extremly high amounts. Also have had the ingredient list partly disapear too. And it disapears from my food tracker when it changes in the reciepes section.
