| I'm not sure why your food didn't save on SparkPeople. If you entered custom foods on your SparkPeople food tracker, you should be able to add them to recipes. On SparkRecipes when adding ingredients, make sure to check the "Search manually entered foods" checkbox before searching.

| I entered onion, raw over in the sparkspeople website as a new food and it didn't save. Before I try it over here will it save? I don't want to have to put all the nutritional information in everytime I want to share a recipe with onions in it. That is just way to much work. And I'm suppose to be getting cardio during the day not being a "computer potato" lol. So please tell me will this work?
