Mix porridge oats with dried chopped dates and dried chopped apricots. ( always use dried fruit as otherwise it goes off quickly). Add some mixed nuts. Add 1 tbs of honey to boiling water and dissolve (adjust this to amount you are making you want a gooey mixture but not sloppy). Add to oats and fruit stir well try not to eat too much before you cook. Put in in a baking tray lined with foil and cook at 180c for 40mins until golden brown yummy.....
