| I like to collect and amend recipes to be low fat and lo carb if possible. 'Bon Appetit' 4-07 featured a Hot Raspberry Souffle with egg whites; I substituted Splenda for sugar and mixed frozen berries, thawed and drained. What a marvelous taste explosion! I want to ty it with savory recipes, too. This recipe is at www. epicurious.com which features recipes from 'Gourmet' as well.
