However, if a recipe is used, you can click on the (view recipe) in red. Otherwise, I think they leave it up to you to construct a sandwich, salad or whatever with the items they give you. I think it's mostly common sense, but then I really don't follow those plans.

You can turn off the suggested meal plans unless you want to use them...there is a box or button or something on that page that tells you "turn off suggested meal plans" or something to that effect. I like to plug in my own food & have also found that you may want to enter your own foods & save to favorites, so you can use them again & again. Sometimes what is in the system is off by a lot vs what is on your own label. But some stuff like fresh veggies, you just have to use their #s regardless.

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help explain how the meal planner is supposed to work. It seems to list all the ingredients but it doesn't tell you how the food is supposed to be prepared. Am I missing something? Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thanks, Roxann
