You are using your favorites list in your Nutrition Tracker to add them to your tracker, right? You should only use the add a food not listed link if you are wanting to add something new that is not in our database. So I'm not quite sure about how you are using that.

Well Denise. I put my recipes down using the ingredient list to add them, Then I also used the calorie counter to tell me about the nutritional benifits per serving. Then I wrote them in the space provided giving the directions, servings etc. Then I hit save and share recipes and put them in the Candida recipe book that I started. And if I use the ingredient list to put the eggs in for the morning it works. But if I use add a food not listed or from my recipes, it does not work. I don't know what I did wrong or what I should do to correct it.

What do you mean about your eggs and "using the regular way?" Can you explain the process for what you are doing when they don't show up in your tracker?

| Denise. I find that I am still having some problems with getting my food calorie count to register on the food tracker page. The pork and Lima bean one works so far and once in a while the White chicken chili shows up. My eggs will not show up unless I use the regular way. Do you have any suggestions. Should I erase my recipies and start over? I just don't know what is wrong or what to do. Thank you and I am so sorry to be such a bother. But the lifestyle tracker will not allow me to track things ther either because my calorie count is so low. Thanks again. Neva

I removed and re-added a couple of the recipes so I must have added the one from today too. You can remove it if you want. It should work for you now though.

Can you tell me which recipes you have added to your meal planner that are not showing up with nutrient values? Please let me know which ones and I will take a look for you.
Thanks!

| Okay Denise. I did what you told me and added the recipes to the meal planner. And it still does not show the nutrient values. What now?

Pahoney - I'm not quite sure what you are asking for here. Are you asking how to find your cookbook or something else? Sorry, I'm just not sure what you are asking here. Give me a little more detail and I'll do my best to help you.

| Thank you Denise. I will try that and get back to you.

| I feel silly asking, I added a cookbook but do not want to make it public, just keep the recipes together that I want to make. When I go into a recipe I can add it to the cookbook, but I cannot find it anywhere. Can you help with this? Thanks.

It sounds like you are wanting to add them to your nutrition tracker. To do this:
1. Find the recipe you want to add to your meal planner. 2. Below the nutritional information is a button to "Add Recipe to Meal Planner." 3. Click on the link that will open a new window for "Add a Food." 4. Select the serving size, which meal to add it to, and check the box if you'd like to save to your favorites for future use. 5. Click on "Add Food to Today" and the recipe will now show up in your tracker.
Hope this helps!

| I have made some recipes and have put them in a Cook book called "Candida Recipes", recipes for Candida sufferers. I have got the nuitrition valued and shared them but how do I get my recipes shared so that when I put them on the tracker I can get the nutrient values from them.
