| Tiger Sauce is usually found with the hot sauces and other condiments. It is not super hot but it does have a little zing.

|
| add a tablespoon of mayo and 1/4 cup canned yellow corn. put it on the oven for a few minutes and then spread it over leaves of roman lettuce. this way you can add a leaf to each dinner plate instead of salad.

| My physical therapist suggested tuna mixed with Tiger Sauce. I tried it, it is really tasty and doesn't add the fat or calories of mayo.

| sometimes I just add it to tossed salad, or add mayo, onions, pepper & a little dill ( eat w/ crackers, toast, stuff tomatoes, on wheat) I have used it in a casserole in the past.

If you mix in a little pickle juice with the mayo it boosts the flavor. Then I add chopped onion andpickle to it,red onions are more flavorfull, and wrap it in a wrap with lettuce. I also put hot peppers on it

I have added a little grated cheese or some feta cheese to tuna salad as well as a spoonful of Vidalia salad dressing (rather than mustard). Very good and alters the texture a little.
Sometimes what someone dislikes is the texture. My mom made "tuna soup" because she put so much mayo trying to stretch it further. I like it quite a bit drier so that it holds together on my cracker or in a lettuce wrap.
Takes all kinds!

I don't like tuna but use canned chicken or salmon. 1 can chicken or salmon 2 celery stalks chopped fine 1 green onion sliced fine a small chunk, 1/8th of a head of cabbage sliced fine 1 or 2 dill pickles diced fine or 1 Tbls sweet relish 1 Tbls low fat mayo 2 Tbls mustard (dijon mustard could be good too but cut it down to 1 tsp) 3 Tbls fat free sour cream pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together. When I do the salmon it usually ends up about 200 cal
I like to make a lettuce wrap with it using butter or bib lettuce. It fills like 10 pieces of lettuce and adds no calories to speak of.
Melba rounds are excellent too whole grain of course low cal whole grain bread or as someone else mentioned in a salad. Makes a good night time snack

| Excellent idea. I like tuna, but I'm always looking for something different. Why didn't I think of putting it on Wasa crackers? I looove them too so thanks!

| You could also add finely chopped celary to add crispness.

|

| Not too fond of tuna? Try mixing 1 whole can of tuna with 1tsp of mayo and 1 tsp of horseradish (or until preferred cohesion) on 3 Wasa light rye crispbread crackers for a total calorie count of about 300. Of course you don't have to eat the whole thing in one go.
