i ride 5 miles per day at average speed of 10-11 mph. takes about 30 to 32 minutes. burn about 300 to 350 calories. i also walk 3.0 mph for 1 hour which equals 3miles. calorie burn about 250 to 290 for walking 1 hour.-------this illustrates the ca...  Read more
