I biked 32.55K (just over 20 miles). My Garmin 305 with HRM said I burned 2607 calories, which is ridiculous, I don't burn 2600 calories running a marathon and this was MUCH easier, effort wise. Spark fitness tracker says I burned just over 600...  Read more

My calorie range begins with 1,200. Then when I exercise, that increases. At the end of the day, I am TRYING to stay at the 1,200 calorie limit, and the nutrition report says I under eat and will sabotage my diet, etc. Isn't the point to eat less...  Read more
