I am back to this forum after almost 2 months. I have been boasting of achieving 154 pounds from 206 in almost 6 months. Achieving this in April end, I wasn't sure if I could sustain this. But 2 months passed. I reduced 4 pounds more. Feel so GOOD....  Read more
