Whose calorie range should I follow? I use SparkTracker, Fitbit & HRM. HRM says I burn 1165 cals daily w/o exercise but other say I need 1240-1460+. HRM gives fewer cals burned cardio kickbox (4.5/min) than others (7). Do I just try for midrange?...  Read more
