I just did a pilates workout (by fitness blender) where there were lotso f leg movements while on your back. It hurt my lower back soooooooo bad. I have no idea what to do. Am I doing something wrong or should i just avoid pilates for my back?...  Read more

I'm a retired rehab RN and I just finished PT for my knee, too. PT should have given you instructions with pictures. I highly recommend doing them. If you don't have them, ask your PT to give you a copy of them. Good luck! :)...  Read more
